The 2018 Accord LX CVT offers 192 horsepower with its 1.5-liter turbo 4-cylinder engine, while the 2017 Honda Accord Sedan LX 6-Speed Manual model has a starting horsepower of 185 with its standard 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine.
